Together with a very dear friend I know for more than 20 years, Raluca Răschip, we deliver team transformation programs and interventions in teams and organisations through the company we co-founded - Teamology Institute.

We use a proprietary tool to assess and develop antifragility in teams and a diagnostic tool developed at Harvard University to help leadership teams increase their performance.
