If you're eager to enhance your leadership mindset, expand your knowledge, and refine your skills, I extend a warm invitation to explore the management education programs available at the Bucharest International School of Management (BISM). In both of them I teach the “Leading High-Performing Teams” course.
These programs include:
1. Executive MBA (2 years): Offered by Maastricht School of Management in Romania
2. Fast Track Management Program (condensed MBA) (4 months): FTMP offers an accelerated path to mastering essential management skills
Since 2012, I've held the role of Adjunct Lecturer in the Executive MBA Program at Maastricht School of Management (MSM), where I am currently teaching the “Leading High-Performing Teams” course for MSM Romania. Additionally, in 2017 and 2018, I taught the Corporate Responsibility and Ethics course for the MSM EMBA Programs in Azerbaijan, Iran, and China.
I teach the same topic of leading high-performing teams also in the Fast Track Management Program of BiSM, a mini MBA condensed in 4 months, where I assist over 100 managers and entrepreneurs every year in their quest to lead stronger teams that deliver better results.
In 2016 I co-founded The Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest. The institution stands as the first university of its kind in South-Eastern Europe, established through a partnership with Team Academy – University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam. From 2016 to 2024, I’ve held the roles of dean of the faculty and team coach for teams of students in every of the four years of study. I was privileged to see hundreds of young adults transforming into successful entrepreneurs that build better lives for themselves and the ones around them.
