ABOUT ME
I am a consultant in leadership and team development and a team coach with a a background in entrepreneurship practice and education.
This focus on and dedication for leadership teams grew steadily throughout my professional background: 6 years as a consultant in organizational transformation, 5 years as a consultant in branding and strategy and 13 years as a co-founder and CEO of what was back then the largest market research company in the country – GfK Romania, part of the GfK Group worldwide.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with countless local, regional, and international teams, assuming roles ranging from team member to leader, facilitator, and consultant. My consulting endeavors predominantly revolved around areas such as leadership styles, fostering trust, aligning vision, mission, values, and strategy, understanding the nuances of multicultural team dynamics, and driving organizational transformation, among others.
I am certified and experienced in working with tools for individual evaluation (Life Styles Inventory and Leadership Impact from Human Synergistics International) and team evaluation (Team Diagnostic Survey from Harvard University and 6Team Conditions). In the last couple of years I advanced in using the systemic approach in coaching executives and teams.
